7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The site is controlled by RnMzon from its office within the city of Mymensingh, Bangladesh. This Site can be accessed from all divisions and cities of Bangladesh, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws, by accessing this site, you agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the site, or any other hyperlinked website, shall be governed exclusively by the respective countries law, and by the act of Information & Communication Technology Act, 2006 for Bangladesh region, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. As such, this document does not require any physical or digital signatures and forms a valid and binding agreement between the Website and the User. Use of the Website is available only to such persons who can legally contract under the Contract Act, 1872. By accepting the Terms or using or transacting on the Website, the User irrevocably declares and undertakes that he/she is of legal age i.e. 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding contract and such usage shall be deemed to form a contract between the Website and such User to the extent permissible under applicable laws.

8 Terms of Sale

RnMzon reserves the right to accept or deny any order after placement, at our sole discretion. Besides, no one can resell the product commercially at anyplace (brick store/online) after purchasing from www.rnmzon.com without proper permission from RnMzon. If any unauthorized personnel/business entity is found committing the above act, RNMzon may take legal action against him/her/them. 9 Denial & Cancellation of Orders

9.1 RnMzon reserves the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, the email address given during checkout. Should your order be cancelled, RnMzon will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. After cancellation has taken place, RnMzon will return all monies exchanged, back to the original payment method used during checkout or after discuss with the customer.

9.2 Orders may be denied and cancelled in whole, or in part by RnMzon for any the following reasons (not limited to):

  • Limited product quantities available to fulfill your order
  • Inaccuracies or errors related to the product within your order
  • Suspected intent to resell
  • Shipping to any of the following locations: warehouses, freight forwarding businesses, hotels/motels/non-shippable areas
  • Product Recalls, affecting an item within your order
  • Issues determined by RnMzon’s fraud prevention department

9.3 When you place an order to purchase a product from rnmzon.com, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail and/or SMS”). The Order Confirmation E-mail and/or SMS is acknowledgement that we have received your order, but does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered; that when we send the Order Confirmation E-mail and/or SMS a contract called an “agreement to sell” is concluded in accordance with Section 4(3) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 i.e. the transfer of the property in the goods is to take place at a future time when the product(s) is/are delivered to your designated address. We only accept your offer, and the above “agreement to sell” becomes a contract of sale for product(s) ordered by you in accordance with Section 4(4) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, when the product(s) is/are delivered to your designated address and at that time the property in the goods is transferred from us to you.
