Shipping Information

General Information

  1. RnMzon does not ship outside of Bangladesh.
  2. RnMzon may provide local pick up/drop-off service.
  3. Shipping cost will be calculated automatically, during checking out based on your provided shipping address.
  4. Free shipping or free pick up within Mymensingh. If you purchase above 4000tk then shipping is free for everywhere.
  5. Cash on delivery (COD) is available but if you select cash on delivery then you have to pay additional 1% on the product price.
  6. Inside Dhaka delivery charge 60tk for 0.5kg. Free shipping inside Mymensingh. Delivery cost outside Dhaka and Mymensingh is 100tk (flat rate for regular delivery; weight upto 500gm (0.5 kg); weight 0.6 to 1kg is 120 tk; 1.1 kg to 2 kg is 150tk, etc. we follow Redx/Pathao shipping charge .
  7. If a product is out of stock and you subscribe from the product page, then RnMzon will notify you by e-mail.
  8. All orders will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse within 1-2 business days. (If the order couldn’t ship out within 3 business days from the warehouse, RnMzon will notify customers.)*
  9. Delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the product is dispatched from the warehouse.
  10. Once the package is dispatched from our warehouse, it will take 2-5 business days sometimes 7 business days depending on the locations to deliver by the courier company to ship if you select the flat shipping option at Checkout page*.
  11. If your order eligible for free shipping and you choose the free shipping option then it will take 2-5 business days depending on the locations by the courier company*.
  12. We ship from Dhaka and Mymensingh. Therefore, we are working hard to make sure that your orders are dispatched as soon as possible!
  13. Order cancellation must be done before dispatched from the warehouse. Otherwise, cancel requests will be processed based on the return policy.
  14. There will be an extra shipping charge if the package has been returned to RnMzon by Customer’s mistake. (e.g., Incorrect information of address, recipient, billing information, etc.)
  15. Original Shipping cost isn’t returnable for orders which have been shipped out or returned by Customers’ mistakes. (e.g., Incorrect information of address, recipient).
  16. During holidays, the fulfillment process may be delayed.

Please allow a 1-3 business days processing time before shipment. Shipping quoted as business days, Monday through Friday, except long weekends and holidays.

Free shipping codes cannot be combined with discount coupon codes, reward points, or free gifts. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

 

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you’ve placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible by email to customercare@rnmzon.com.

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

 

Errors or misprints

In general, you should know that prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered. RnMzon online reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged, as permitted by law. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is, RnMzon online will issue a full refund immediately.
